The machine has been installed and debugged before leaving the factory. When the goods arrive at your company, just connect three wires and start to use, which is convenient and quick.

1. After the machine is in place, it must be installed on a horizontal ground plane. If necessary, the feet can be fixed with bolts to prevent movement.

2. After adjusting the level, first check the lubricating grease on the bearing part. Generally speaking, the machine has been injected with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease before leaving the factory.

3. Check whether the fasteners of each part of the machine are tightened. Check whether the door of the machine cavity is closed and sealed well, and then move the belt by hand to check whether there is any jamming and abnormal sound.

4. Before turning on the machine, check whether there is any foreign matter such as metal in the machine cavity, otherwise it will damage the machine cavity, the gear plate or cause accidents.

5. Connect the power supply and check the rotation direction of the main shaft. It must be in accordance with the arrow direction of the machine, otherwise the machine cavity and the toothed disc will be damaged.

6. The electrical part must have a reliable grounding protection to prevent accidents.

7. When starting up the machine, run it dry for ten minutes first, and then start trial crushing after it is normal. open first

The gate of the hopper allows the material to flow into the crushing cavity. When feeding, it must be distributed evenly. After the crushing is completed, the cavity must be cleaned to prevent cross-contamination.
