The structure of the machine is simple, and the crushing chamber is easy to assemble, disassemble and clean. All parts in the crushing chamber that are in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and corrosion, making the crushed materials more hygienic. This machine has the advantages of stable operation, convenient movement, low noise, good crushing effect and low power consumption.
One side of the blade is fast and the other side is an impact blade, so that the crushed material can be crushed by high-speed blade shearing. The machine can also choose blades of various shapes and sizes according to different materials, and the particle size can be obtained by changing the mesh or adjusting the speed.
working principle
1. The bearing seat is separated from the pulverizer cavity, which is easy to clean and install to ensure that no material will be polluted.
2. The designed adjustable speed screw feeder can change the feeding speed arbitrarily, reduce the operating intensity, ensure uniform feeding, and avoid excessive load on the host machine. And it can be directly matched to your assembly line to meet the automation requirements.
3. The cavity, shaft, blade, hopper, etc. are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, and the shaft and blade are heat-treated, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
4. The casing is designed to be openable, which is convenient for cleaning the machine cavity, changing the screen, and maintenance.
5. This machine can be used for chemical and pharmaceutical dry product crushing, and it can also be used for wet material crushing, and its wet and solid-liquid separation, dispersion, dissolution, filtration and other processes.
6. The built-in motor is designed to lower the center of gravity of the machine to reduce vibration and noise and improve safety. The operator feels safer and the noise is lower.
7. The feeder and crushing chamber can be washed directly or with solvent without damaging the machine.
